Our approach

At Blue Tiger, we work closely with researchers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to better understand the key questions we need to answer. Product managers build alignment and shared ownership of product strategy across teams. To stay aligned we create and socialize roadmaps, documentation, and other artifacts. We also share successes and lessons learned along the way to engage everyone on next steps.
